How can I keep my green card?

Our Consult are Providing Immigration and Visa to the highest standards, with state-of-the-art.

One of our client story:

My family which I am dependent on, since I am under 18, moved back to my home country and I want to keep my green card until I can afford to live by myself in the US again. (We still own the house in the US and I thought I could keep that as my place of residence)

If I am in another country with a green card but visit the US (for a few weeks) before 6 months elapse, will I be able to keep my green card that way until it expires?

If I can move back when I turn 18 will these years count for naturalization if I can make sure that I have been in the US for 50% in total once I apply?

Best solution is:

To retain your green card you must be a resident in USA. That means you must live in USA not simply have a postal address in USA.

You should spend more time inside USA than outside and I’d hazard substantially more time so you have no issue re-entering from Europe.
